MCI Health & Performance is an affiliate of CrossFit® and has been serving the Bangor community for over 13 years. We use the CrossFit® methodology, and all our coaches are CrossFit® certified — including a CrossFit® Level 3 Trainer, one of the most qualified people in Northern Ireland.
We're also an official HYROX Training Club and affiliated with British Weightlifting, giving us the depth to coach everything from a complete beginner to a competitive athlete. Whatever your starting point, you'll be in expert hands.
